When you leave here with your new puppy
PLEASE take into account the following.
- Do not take your puppy to PET SHOPS, you never
know if someone has, or had a sick dog in there.
- Do not take your puppy to a ROAD SIDE PARK OR PUBLIC
PARK, you don't know what kind of animal may have
used the bathroom there or if it was sick.
- When you take your puppy to the Veterinarian, do not
let people handle your puppy, or another dog near it.
You don't know why those people are there with their dog,
it could be very sick. It is good policy to take your
puppy in a CRATE and leave him there until she
sees the Doctor.
- Please DO NOT use a collar on your new puppy
until it is at least 5 months old. The bones in the neck
are Not fully developed yet & a collar could harm them.
Use a HARNESS & leash.
- Chocolate is VERY TOXIC to dogs. Keep it away
from them.
- Remember, when you are walking your puppy or full grown
dog, the pavement is Very HOT to it's feet & can
burn the pads on the bottom of it's feet. They don't wear
shoes like we do. Also remember how HOT the sand
is at the beach.
- Remember ANTI-FREEZE is VERY poisonous
to your Dogs. Be very careful!!!
- Give RAW CARROTS to your puppy or grown dog for
treats, they are not only Good for them, but they love
them.
- We recommend the NYLA bones for teething, no
pig ears when they are little, as they can't digest the
pieces they bite off. Also puppies LOVE Ice Cubes,
the cold feels SOooo good to their gums & teeth.
