Our Policies
Our puppies are raised under the best conditions, with heated
Facilities in the Cold months and Air Conditioning in the
Hot months.
Our kennel is OPEN to anyone that is interested in
buying a puppy from us.
When you make an appointment with us, you may see the puppy
you are interested in & the Mom & Dad [we own both].
My Veterinarian is on Stand By anytime I need her. She says
it is OK for people to see the puppies as long as they don't
touch or handle the puppies before they have had their 1st
Parvo Shot.
So you are Welcome to come to our place, we are PROUD
of our Facilities and have NOTHING TO HIDE.
We do ask that you NOT go to another Kennel before
coming here. That can be dangerous to our puppies & even grown
dogs. The other kennel MAY have some problems that
you & I don't know about.
Our puppies are dewormed at least 4 times & have had their
1st and sometimes their 2nd Parvo shot before they leave us.
Being a proud member of the Purina Pro Club, we are
able to provide every new puppy owner with the following:
- A Puppy Starter Kit, which includes a sample of the
food the puppy is currently eating
- A health & shot record
- Their Pedigree information
- Litter Registration
- Puppy Care Book
Plus we give the puppy it's 1st Stuffed Toy for it to Cuddle
or Play with.
We Strongly recommend that you have your puppy Spayed
or Neutered.
Warranties & Guaranties
Life Threatening Genetic And Hereditary Warranty
We guarantee should your puppy have any Life Threatening problems
arise during the 1st year [12 months] from date of purchase
that we will replace the puppy with a healthy puppy of the
same or similar breed kind when available upon the return
of the puppy, only after the following has been complied
with.
- You MUST bring a written Diagnosis from your
Vet.
- Then I will take the Puppy to my Vet, confirming your
Vet's findings.
- If there should be a Refund of Money it will be agreed
upon by Both parties & will not exceed the original price
of the puppy.
General Warranty
We are Very confident you will be Completely Satisfied
with your new Puppy. It is Guaranteed to be Healthy with NO
Serious Health Problems. For this warranty to be Effective
you MUST COMPLY with the following terms.
- Take your Puppy to a Veterinarian within 72 hours from
the day of purchase.
- Have your Veterinarian fill out & sign the Veterinarian
Statement which you will be provided at the time of puppy
pick-up.
- Mail the completed Veterinarian Statement back to us.
- Notify me IMMEDIATELY of any Major Problems.
Lifetime Return Policy
We also offer a Lifetime Return Policy for ALL of
our dogs. If for a Valid reason you are unable to care for
your Dog, we agree IF possible to take the dog and
try to find it a good home.

Disclaimer
Under NO circumstances will WE, Edmunds Kennels
be responsible for ANY expenses incurred by you.
We do not guarantee the weight or size of your puppy
when it is fully-grown.
